Who is Super Scoopers?

We are a professional pet waste removal service. Many people simply do not have the time to clean up after their pets. We provide an affordable solution to make you, your pets, and your lawn happy.

How does your service work?

We visit your home on a pre-scheduled day. We scoop your yard, double bag the waste, and remove it from your property disposing it according to county and state regulations.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No contract is necessary. Service can be canceled at anytime after the first month by giving us a call 24 hours prior to your service day.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured

Can you scoop with my dogs in the yard?

We love dogs, however, we ask that you do not leave dogs unattended while we work. This is for the safety of our staff.

Can I schedule service for a certain day?

We try to work with you to accommodate service day/time requests. We cannot always make that happen. We try to schedule based on location so we can better utilize our time and resources.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

To prevent being charged, we require a 24 hour rescheduling/cancellation notice.

Do I have to be home when my yard is being serviced?

No. As long as we have access to the area being cleaned. Please be sure to unlock your gate prior to our arrival.

Should I leave my gate unlocked?

Yes, we will not hop your fence. We will also make sure to close the gate behind us prior to leaving.

What payments do you accept?

We accept, cash on site, PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Venmo, & CashApp

What Areas do you serve?

We service Chesterfield, Midlothian, Henrico and Richmond, and Powhatan. If you’re outside of these areas, please contact us
