Policy

We observe the following holidays and will be closed for business:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.  If your service day falls on one of the above holidays, your service will be rescheduled for another day within the week.

In the event of an emergency which prevents us from servicing your yard as scheduled, you will be serviced within 2 to 3 days. We will notify you if service will be delayed longer than 2 to 3 days.

In the event of service-limiting weather (rain, lightning, flooding, hurricane, tornado, etc.), service will be cancelled. We will resume service as soon as possible and contact you regarding your make-up day

We aim to please and to provide exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service and we will come back to your home or business and re-scoop.

Super Scoopers, LLC provides an 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, yards that are overgrown with grass, leaves, other ground cover or debris, may be void of this guarantee. If we can’t see it, we can’t scoop it.

If your dog(s) has the tendency to poop under trampolines and other large furniture/objects, these objects must be moved in order for us to scoop.

Gates must be unlocked prior to our arrival.  We will not hop the fence.  We will also triple check that your gate is closed when we leave.

Super Scoopers, LLC are dog lovers at heart; however, we will not enter a yard if dogs are left unattended.  This for the safety of our staff.

We’re living in crazy times, so we appreciate neighbors looking out for each other. However, we ask that you notify neighbors that you have hired us to clean up your yard. We do not want any problems.

Monthly subscriptions are paid 1 month in advance. Payment is due prior to services being rendered.
